Be@rbrick Alive 2007 By Daft Punk
Pedro “Busy P” Winter, manager and owner of the Ed Banger Records label had announced the collaboration of Medicom Toy & Daft Punk for the 2nd version of the Daft Punk Be@rbrick in his blog. This Be@rbrick is limited to 3000 pcs and only available with the “Alive 2007″ CD in Japan.
Daft Punk is the collective name of Paris house musicians Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo (born February 8, 1974) and Thomas Bangalter (born January 3, 1975). The duo is considered one of the most successful electronic music collaborations of all time, both in album sales and in critical acclaim. After Daft Punk reached significant popularity in the late 1990s house movement in France, other artists such as Air, Cassius and Dimitri from Paris began to receive a similar amount of attention.
Dafr Punk released their first Be@rbrick together with the “Interstella 5555” CD & DVD in December 2003. The Be@rbrick was limited to 5555 pcs at that time.
“Interstella 5555” is a continuation of the story told in the Daft Punk music videos “One More Time“, “Aerodynamic“, “Digital Love” and “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger“.

Wow, I’m not a big fan of be@rs but these 2 (actually the 4 of them) are definitely a must.
Regarding the concern mentionned by Zitounhxc, it is true that crediting the author would have avoid any misunderstanding.
HMV are taking pre-orders for it. ¥5,250 plus they do ship overseas.
